Maureen Becker

Maureen is a human resources executive recognized for strategic leadership and innovative approaches to talent management. She is responsible for leading Healthmap’s Human Resources team to enable a high-performing culture and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

Maureen’s career spans over two decades, during which she has spearheaded initiatives that have shaped dynamic teams, promoted employee development, and aligned HR programs with business objectives. Maureen was most recently the Chief People Officer at ParetoHealth. Prior to that, she held the role of SVP, HR at NantHealth.

Maureen received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Catholic University of America and holds a master’s degree in counseling and human relations from Villanova University. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy, which is focused on fostering an inclusive community of business leaders advancing people and culture strategy.
